What a notice must include
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with a URL on https://realestateinvestmentinsights.com sufficient for us to locate it.
- Your mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact information, identification of the removed material, a consent to U.S. federal court jurisdiction, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, plus your signature.
Repeat infringement
We may terminate access for users who are repeat infringers where accounts exist.
